Pensées keeps personal writing, recordings, photos, links, and passages, with optional questions and Topic summaries.

Pensées is not an emergency, medical, legal, financial, or professional recordkeeping service. Do not rely on it as the sole record for urgent, regulated, or safety-critical information.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before recording another person and for following applicable recording, privacy, employment, and confidentiality laws.

Pensées Plus Subscription

Pensées includes 30 free transcription minutes each calendar month. Pensées Plus is an optional auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly or yearly through Apple, that removes the monthly limit. A free trial may be offered on the yearly plan; if you cancel during the trial you will not be charged.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Pensées to record or process illegal content, violate another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights, reverse engineer the service, or overload the API.

Availability

Recording, transcription, and summarization features may change, fail, or be temporarily unavailable. Keep another copy of information you cannot afford to lose.
